	Joe has 7 years experience as Operations Manager at The Parc Corniche. His specialties include dealing with IT related issues in a resort environment, human resources, payroll, accounting and all aspects of property operations. He studied Business Administration in Massachusetts and graduated with an Associates Degree in 1999. With his years of network and web development experience he can implement and oversee all IT needs of a resort or project. Currently, Joe is a Comptia Certified Professional and is persuing many more IT certifications from Microsoft and Comptia to enhance the companies always growing technology needs.

	Zach recently graduated from The University of Central Florida's Digital Media program with a Bachelors Degree in Internet and Interactive Systems. He is currently working for Emerson Communications in conjunction with Wellington Resort Management and maintains and updates all their property web sites and intranets. He is one of the key players in the online marketing strategies that our resorts depend on to drive online traffic. On a daily basis Zach works in the fields of Web Design, Graphic Design, Internet Marketing, Search Engine Optimization and Dynamic Programming.
